UK DELIVERIES
All items, except made to order items such as phone cases, will be shipped direct from our premises in the UK.
We offer reliable shipping options via Royal Mail or DPD (Express Next Day delivery). Upon processing your order, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation, along with a tracking code and service link for real-time updates.
Please ensure you provide an active email address or phone number to stay informed about your order's status.

*Orders must be placed before 13pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 13pm will be shipped the following working day. This excludes Northern Ireland and weekend/bank holiday delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday before 13pm will be dispatched the same day but will not be delivered until Monday (or the next working day if it is a bank holiday weekend).
We are not liable for delays, lost or stolen orders from the delivery provider.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We are not accountable for delays or extra charges caused by customs procedures.
We provide tracked shipping services via Royal Mail and DPD, enabling you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.
MISSING/LOST/STOLEN ORDERS
We regretfully cannot be held responsible for delays or stolen orders. In case of missing orders, kindly contact Royal Mail for assistance, they will help you locate the package and escalate accordingly. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we can resend it upon repayment of the postage fee and providing a new reliable address.
If you have an attempted delivery and do not organised re-delivery or collection of the item, the delivery service may return the Item back to us. If this happens, we will refund and cancel the order. Please check tracking info provided to ensure this does not happen.
